- Suprising amount of tech debt despite the age of the company - Overly invested in micro services - Past architecture choices make some areas very difficult to work in - Capability of the product not always understood by POs - New features not always thought through how they will deliver value to end users - Poor IT ops organisation for general IT, sorting out laptops etc... - Laptop lower spec than expected
