      Very Bad company with non-professional HR and Senior Managment

      Location, It is on right location, easy to reach office

      Cons

      HR and HR policies are not good for employees and employers. HR fails communicate problems of employees to management. Senior Management do not believe employees, and employees feel that they are in some convent or residential school. Most of the employee wanted to leave the company and working for temporary purpose. Attrition rates are very high. Work pressure is very high. Work culture is something earlier 2000.

      Good Perks , Good Work Life Balance depending on the client you work for. Moderate growth if you are performing well. Good chance for self improvement .

      Cons

      Leave policies need to be improved. some policies are quite complicated , they are not clearly laid on.
