Some cons for this position:
- I was told I could make my own hours, which is not the case.
- There is not a lot of direction or help you can receive if your only other team member calls out.
- There are lots of technical and system issues that affect your work that are outside of your control.
- The manager had no idea what my job really entailed or involved while I was there. So they set really unrealistic expectations that they themselves didn't understand.
- Documentation was all over the place. When you get stuck, a lot of the solutions are mostly outdated.
- There is no real line of advancement or growth within the company or position. When I asked what my next role or promotion I should be striving for, my manager told me there was none.
