      Relaxed atmosphere, good work/life balance, good environment and culture.

      Cons

      Largerish company with lots of legacy code and lots of different people who know things you may need to know. Everyone is helpful, but it would be nice if things were written down.

      It's not a run to your death company. Relaxed culture, work-based learning, good people, provided laptops. A product in education that helps people plan their future.

      Cons

      The pay could be a little better, but overall, nice place.
