Pros

cannot think of any, literally pathetic

Cons

Prepare yourself for an extremely toxic work culture. Expect to work 6-7 days a week, with daily overtime of 1-2 hours, even if you're in an office role. After a supposed 3-month warehouse rotation, you'll likely end up working entirely in the warehouse, regardless of your initial job description. Note: The 3-month warehouse rotation basically means working at least 6-7 hours a day in the warehouse as general labor. You'll be expected to operate machinery like forklifts and order pickers, and your daily responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, attaching shipping labels, and other labor-intensive tasks. They are aggressively hiring for positions like Operations Management Trainee or Warehouse Operations Manager Trainee. Be prepared to work 60-70 hours a week, only to be told you should be grateful for the opportunity. You'll hear things like, "You should thank the company for investing time in you," or "Overtime is our tradition." Most positions are under staffing agency payrolls, and you won't see any real benefits unless you endure this toxic environment for at least three years. They'll promise full benefits, but once you're transferred to the staffing agency, those promises are empty. They even engage in illegal practices, like hiring general laborers to lift over 100 lbs of cargo alone. The management team is completely out of touch. Operations managers have conflicting incentives: they lose bonuses if laborers work too much overtime or if jobs aren't completed on time. This means newly hired trainees are forced to suffer through excessive overtime. The promises they make about rotations or advancement after three months are just bait to get you in the door. As a 3PL company handling imported goods from China, they have enormous operational costs in the U.S., and they'll expect you to work harder to cover those, even though it's not your responsibility. Lastly, be aware that as a Chinese-owned company, the primary language spoken is Mandarin. Bloomsung and Awesung are the same company!!!!

Pros

Learned a lot during this peorid, great place to grow. Very supportive managers and coworkers, always willing to help. Clear evaluation standards, so you know what’s expected. Even when I almost didn’t pass, the team guided me through and helped me succeed.

Cons

Training can feel intense at times, but that’s part of the learning process.
