Pros

- Remote -Worked max 40 hours a week no overtime - Work Monday- Friday (Weekends off) -Fairly easy (same task everyday) - Federal Holidays off but, no PTO. ( you do have the choice to come in and make up for that time on a weekend if you would like.) - When going through emergencies and need to call off or log out the leadership is very understanding. Just have to give them a heads up and inform them and you can make up that time a different day as long as you do not go over 40 hours that week. - Computer software is your own computer so they do not have all these super strict monitoring programs downloaded tracking every move, they have trust as long as you are doing the calls correctly and making the call number quota. ( this is so important and why i choose to not leave regardless of another company paying higher because the work environment is laid back and they only contact you when you have questions, need to train you on something you messed up on, or to give the whole team a message or update. A lot of WFH companies track unnecessary things such as, mouse movement, keystrokes, accessing camera, listening to your audio when on idle and i have seen stories where regardless of the work getting done the companies make a fuss) - You can ask for days off as long as they are informed ahead of time. - you get paid every week on Friday but some banks get direct deposit early so you may get paid every Wednesday. - you do you own timesheets and turn them in which makes you feel more independent. - Management is nice, you only send them a email saying you are logged in for the day (as a backup paper trail that you weren't absent) and then make calls and then log out and send a End of day report. - Never have to be on camera during training or any zoom meetings because the management never shares theirs. Worked here for 6 months and haven't seen a single face only the lay who hired me ( you will only be in zoom meetings if you were given a low score on your calls and they need to correct something) - Two 15 minutes breaks and a 30 minute lunch break whenever you want to take those breaks they just cant be combined unless you have permission for a good reason.

Cons

- Pay is only $12 an hour. Which is not enough in today economy for an adult with kids and bills the most you will make is $1,692 a month. Each check for 40 hours is only $423 after taxes. - Anyone outside of your immediate supervisors don't email you ever. Which is great but, I had a wage garnishment happen without being notified and legally the payroll department is supposed to let you know before your wages are garnished and anyone outside of your immediate supervisor may not respond to your emails or only will respond if they want to and you have to make sure to bother them again until you get answers. (this is sometimes and again only for people outside your managers) - The calls can be repetitive and there will be days where you feel you are moving slower or even falling asleep at your laptop and of course just like any other call center there are unpleasant people to speak with but, the audience that is being called are nicer than last call center i worked for. (in sales) - Only can work 40 hours max. This is on my pros and cons list because it depends on your situation some people need more money and some people are satisfied with what they make. (like me because my bills are low.)

Pros

The work is pretty easy, just making a lot of calls. Most times you're leaving voicemails. Most supervisors are great and will help when they can. Set work hours, and no weekends. Work from home.!!

Cons

Pay is terrible.!!! Projects can change without notice and little training if it happens. No holiday pay ever.! No paid time off. No insurance, no overtime and no chance of moving up. Don't get pay raises.
