      Pros

      The Program Management Office is great... Since they are a small business they know and care about each and every one of their employees. As a veteran I appreciate the fact that this is a veteran owned small business because employees share that common bond. Additionally, their pay and benefits packages are better than almost any other technology focused company in the area.

      Cons

      Since this company is on the smaller size (growing very fast however) the only downside I have seen so far is that they are only located in a single spot. Therefore, if you live outside of the Baltimore/ Washington area the commute may be difficult.

      Enoying my time at Axom.

      Pros

      Axom is a great company, I have enjoyed working here over the years. They are a well established small, which gives you the best of both worlds. They are small enough that you get that small business personal touch, but they also have better infrastructure than a very small/new company. The management team have down to earth personalities and are great to work with. After a few big recent wins Axom is poised to be even more successful in the upcoming years.

      Cons

      Axom does not have much in the way of outside of work activities (happy hours, events, etc) which is a con if you are looking for that, but also is a positive if you just want to go home at the end of the day.

      Pros

      Smaller company, so you will know upper management on a first name basis. Good benefits, and caring leadership. The company is also growing at an exponential rate, after winning several prime contracts. There are many different positions spanning multiple contracts that should satisfy anyone looking to work for a cutting edge technology company.

      Cons

      The health benefits aren't as good as prior companies I have worked for.
