1. No work life balance . 2. They will not do the final settlement for next 60 days. 3. you will not get your 2 months salary after putting down the papers. 4. No Onsite opportunity.

Pros

Axtria is growing fast and hiring a lot of people but environment is still very startup like. Teams are very helpful, good smart colleagues, progressive culture means fast growth, and really good training. overall - great experience.

Cons

My experience has been all positive as I have grown really fast here with quick growth along with salary increases. So, no complaints.

Axtria has an amazing DNA. People top to bottom are data-driven and truly love to solve complex problems. The company has an amazing vision and technology that is helping client organizations get insights in ways they have never been able to. Company culture is amazing and company invests a lot in hiring smart people, in training employees and enabling them for career growth.

Cons

Recently we have been having a lot of beer in the office - I might just get out of shape!
