Pros

Nice culture... Small company environment. Good Compensation, but not so good benefits.

Cons

Too much politics... More focus on Sales, less regulatory and quality emphasis. Sales team gets bonuses, perks and all other Benefits... Rest of the departments are not valued very well. No opportunity for growth internally.

It is a nice work and life balance when not out of town.

Cons

As much as they say they care there is no loyalty to any of their employers. Absolutely no stability. There is constant change within the company and with the medication. No structure and managers don’t give any guidance. Upper management is very unprofessional and even discuss other employees issues and personal life with others.

Extremely flexible work/life balance. Flexibility to work your territories as needed, AS LONG AS YOU PRODUCE. Decent benefit packages and vacation time.

Cons

Incompetent upper level management with consistently poor hiring decisions. The regional ASDs offer little to no value when it comes to selling the product or helping in the field.
