      The company is full of heart but no room for growth

      Pros

      Loved working with genuinely brilliant people and being part of such a well-known cultural film institution!

      Cons

      Progression was VERY limited and senior management proceses felt quite strict and traditional, which made growth and new ideas difficult. After a while, it became clear I needed a role with more flexibility, trust, and room to develop so I decided to move on. Pay did not reflect how hard everyone was working.

      The people are great, good benefits e.g. pension, free cinema, access to the club and screenings

      Pay is not great and there aren't many progression opportunities after a certain level
