Pros
Free lunches sometimes but 90% of the time it's jimmy johns, the lead safelaw underwriter is very nice
Cons
They hire you, underpay you, give you sporadic training, pile on the work and give unrealistic goals. They give poor performance reviews for not meeting those goals, constantly change the work process, don't have official underwriting guidelines, deny raises, ignore you when you bring up issues within the workplace, and then treat you like a pariah until you quit. Then they wonder why they hired such a horrible employee and think that they have 0 fault for being such a perfect 'workplace'. If someone tells lies about you and you can back it up with evidence that person is lying, they also won't care.
