Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Growing up from a startup environment comes with the typical scaling challenges, which we are addressing proactively through several initiatives. We absolutely welcome fresh perspectives and constructive input to help us improve our processes and products. Regarding the topic of remote work: We offer a high degree of flexibility - our employees work from home or other locations as it suits them, and we support one another when someone needs help. That’s how we understand teamwork: flexible, collaborative, and based on mutual trust. At the same time, this flexibility only works when the team functions well together and we can count on one another. To clarify: So far, a fully remote setup has not been part of any employment contract within our company. If there has been a misunderstanding in this regard, we regret that and are happy to address it openly in a direct conversation.
