Pros

1. The company seems to have some structure and procedures which mostly followed(till the company benefited) 2. AKM(CTO) has great leadership qualities which are rare in the other management employees 3. No issue with salary giving time 4. Freshers can get wonderful learning scope which is a rare privilege. 5. Top management sometimes shows humanity and moral value which will give you a second thought that are they really that bad. Actually no, top managements who are from technical background are great at their job but the executives(HR, management, finance employees) are lowering the overall reputation for showing their performance. They have no idea how a software firm should run, and introduce rules that could be valid only in garments.

Cons

# worst company by their rules # can do anything nasty for saving a small amount of money without a second thought # they behave like kindergarten school management, gatemen and the staffs throw unbearable words for not wearing Id card. # nepotism at its best. Staffs think them owner, often deliver conceiting and scornful behavior to engineers. # Hr(the one from garments sector) is the worst possible executive anyone can imagine of. He takes things personally and often borrows money from fresher with no return. # they typically claim that they don't sack or fire employees without big reasons. But during the Covid-19 pandemic, they fired at least 40+ employees. Some of them had only one fault and that is: no current project dependency or little bitter relationship with the immediate boss. # no work-life balance. The company will make you work for 16 hours while the project deadline is near but no or mote amount of incentives. # they win projects from Japanese clients with an impossible deadline and then make their employees work like mad dogs for consecutive months. # they write names while you go out for a tea or urgent need. And it affects performance. # they will sign agreements that you can not move on from the company within 18 months but they can fire you at any time. # so many in mind can't say more If you are not in that kind of plight you must not apply for this company. They will make you feel low all the time. And if you are applying with the Japanese dream then try through BJET. Bjit will take a bigger portion of your salary every month. What a Dalal(clever middleman) they are.

Pros

- Punctual salary disbursements - Job security and stability - Opportunities to collaborate with international clients - Implementation of WPPF (Profit sharing among employees, once a year)

Cons

- The current salary range is the lowest in the Bangladesh market. - Initially committed to providing food facilities (Breakfast, Lunch), the benefit continued for a few months. However, it was abruptly closed, with the explanation that it was being replaced by Gratuity. - Despite a commitment to offer Provident Fund, encompassing 3.5% of the employee's salary and an equal contribution from the company, unfortunately, these PF benefits were suddenly terminated. - There was a commitment to initiate the Gratuity facility from January 1, 2024, one year earlier than planned. However, this commitment has now been unexpectedly closed. - Operational processes seem overly intricate, with an excess of layers. - There are concerns about micromanagement within the organization. - The decision-making process appears centralized, with higher management exclusively determining outcomes, without due consideration for employee input.
