Pros

Lifelong Friendships: You’ll work with genuinely great people and form bonds that often last beyond your time at the company. Team Bonding Events: Quarterly meetings, especially in-person meetings, foster deeper connections and team spirit. Some Transparent Conversations: While not universal, some teams and managers do share information openly.

Cons

Inconsistent Leadership Approaches: The co-owners have notably different management styles, leading to confusion and uneven decision-making. Selective Transparency: Despite claiming to be transparent, vital information is shared with only a select few, leaving others in the dark. Forced Culture & Toxic Positivity: There’s a heavy emphasis on “company culture” that can come off as contrived, and the relentless positivity can feel draining. High Billable Quotas: A 30-hour weekly billable goal often pushes total work past 40 hours, except in certain roles where billable tasks dominate. This goal has been pushed to 31 hours recently, per current employees. Emotional Toll: The pressure has been high enough that the company kept a “crying room,” acknowledging the emotional strain on employees.
