Cons
They control everything, ask you to call more than 100 times per day with an awful list of companies that come over and over again in the CRM. You're just a number in these environment and they pretend to have people as a core value. People in HR are the worst, they play with people's life, you literally can't get sick and if you do you're gonna lose money. The pressure is constantly growing and asking for calls and contracts more and more and nowadays it's seems that you can't take a break. I saw 15 persons get fired by mail with the excuse that they lost an important contract and the following day the entrance of other 10 persons. They had some protests outside of the office and they tried to hide the union of the employees, putting a line that you couldn't pass in the rooftop and putting music during the lunch time to not allow to hear the protest. At the same time they fired 3 guys that started to be a part of the union of the employees with excuses and they falsified a lot of document in the moment people get fired or leave the company.
