Boss is a micromanager who expects you to respond late into the night (think 12-1am) and to work on public holidays and weekends at home Will tell you company is making a loss and thus cannot afford to pay your commission, bonus etc when in actual fact that the boss claims his personal and family's expenses as director expenses, causing the tilt in P&L.

Mangement does not trust its own staff. Change directions/thinking few times a day. Do not remember what they say
