- Micromanagement - Sometimes need to OT and work at home after office hours and weekends, colleagues at times even have to work during annual leaves and while on vacation. - Executives and staff (especially those who stayed many years) here lack expertise and experience. Workflows and systems are a mess, lack of communication and tendency to blame others. Can't really learn and grow here. - Very high turnover rate, especially finance department - Low salary increment (avg 3%), if you perform very well you may get 3 months bonus otherwise normally 1-1.5 months.
