-leadership on CEO level and level below are out of touch with their workers -regular re orgs, confusion about who is where, who is leadinf which part of BT etc -getting things done is difficult, so many processess that always change

Generally the culture is still not supportive of the progression of POC, specifically black people. You can get so far and then they move goal post moves. Moving up the salary bands is still incredibly difficult. There's lots of talk about improvements but it's not yet translating into more black people, especially women and other minioritised groups making it to the leadership levels. They tend to get stuck at Bands D and E in the 'Business' division.
