      Pros

      Good location, central to Stirling

      Cons

      Everyone who starts as an admin is promoted within 6 months to a recruiter with jobs that are impossible to fill, then blamed and shamed in front of the rest of the team. You are either bullied out the door or part of the mass walk outs that happen every year until the next batch are brought in to start the cycle again. It’s never the managements fault thought!

      - Well located to the town centre and train station

      Cons

      - Small mistakes would lead to whole company meetings to publicly shame - Bullying - General sense of negativity, nothing is ever good enough - Half the staff left in the space of three months - Owner does not trust the staff
