- no one will ask how you achieve the result - relatively friendly - lots of work
Cons
People rarely ask how you achieved the result. Colleagues tend to gatekeep information and access. Managers check on progress toward the result but seldom provide constructive feedback

Pros
The company is mostly Chinese, but the work culture (at least for the team in Hong Kong) is quite lax. Expectations aren't that high, not a lot of pressure. People are nice and easygoing. Everyone gets to leave on time.
Cons
Company is a bit disorganized/fragmented. Not a lot of structure anywhere, not a lot of clear philosophy or direction from the management.
