Pros
Before, there were some good leaders. it made me feel that there was potential. for some reason, they were removed even if it was clear that they were doing well. now the company is not growing at all
Cons
remaining manager is loud and boastful and always praises the owners. they embarrass employees in meetings. very bad company culture which is not the same as their press release
