Friendly environment, good people that’s willing to teach. Good for fresh grads or entry levels only.

Cons

No progression, stagnant. Your efforts will go unrecognised. No performance bonus. OT every single day. No work-life balance at all. Promotion is not based on how well you do, no point putting in extra effort.
