      Positive culture and flexibility overshadowed by strict policies

      Pros

      It was a good company with a positive working culture and flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Recently, the system has completely changed. People are leaving the company due to strict HR policies and a lack of concern for employees. Recently, all interns (70+) were fired with just a single day’s notice. They had been grinding here for six months in the hope of securing employment. I would not recommend this company unless you are offered good perks.
