Pros

• Working in the film industry

Cons

• Accepted job offer for a typical work week of Mo-Sa 10am-8pm, with some odd hours expected. This was for mid $40k salary. 2 weeks into the job, Heitor redefined hours as requiring assistants to be onsite 10am-2am (14 hr days) daily with no additional pay, despite constant additional hours. • Verbal abuse towards assistants.

Cons

Absolutely underpaid. 60h+ / week. 6d/week. No vacations. Anger management issues. Terror regime.
