      They are a family company.

      Cons

      They do everything out of Bosnia. Safety dispatch. It is ridiculous. The owners are clueless and their equipment is unsafe. Going through an inspection is awful

      Pros

      Balic has miles, Balic is very friendly, Balic has good trucks, Balic dispatchers are very good. The owner, his wife and their son are there 24/7 over looking everything insuring that driver are taking care of. I think they very good people. And Luis too.

      Cons

      The only thing that threw me off was that they didn't have a drivers lounge in that big building with all the space they have. They have the room for nice driver lounge with fridge, microwave, shower, TV and coaches.
