Pros
There are many pros to working at Bamko. First and foremost, it served as a great career opportunity for me. I was thrown a ton of interesting projects and been given significant responsibility. The people are great and the work environment is friendly. Compensation seems to be at or above market although I really don't know the market that well. Overall, Bamko is a positive place to work and I feel like exciting times are ahead.
Cons
The downside to working at Bamko is that there are a few people, particularly in mid-level management, that are kind of debbie downers. They contradict a lot of the direction from upper management and don't embody the overall positive culture that you see throughout Bamko. This small group of people can really drag down the overall mojo of the office.
