Everything has to be spotless all the time, no consideration for anyone, housing management is EXTREMELY rude and aggressive. House was spotless we rushed around all morning cleaning for inspection and it still wasn’t up to their standard as there was dishes in the sink (they inspected at 4pm and we were literally sat eating). You get paid enough to survive but if you want to actually live "normal life" - you will have to get another job or find a better paying company. Otherwise you will be "working poor". The company's strategy is to hire people that are not here for "long time but a good time" - you know what I am mean - 18-25 years old kids that don't have any experience but are willing to work for next to nothing and just party and do drugs... And to make ends meet they just either tap into their savings, put it on their credit cards or are subsidized by mommy and daddy's bank accounts... High turnover is normal in hospitality but this company takes it to the extreme. There is zero effort to keep employees in the company for the most part. And that doesn't apply to "entry level positions" only, it goes all the way up the chain - e.g. F&B managers, hotel managers, etc...
