Pros
It's hard to say - there are so many negative issues with this company that the few pros would mislead the readers.
Cons
Sr. Management is unhelpful and refuses to get involved in operations. Their systems and procedures are a mess to say the least! Their processing, underwriting, and closing departments are spread over 3 different states and is a joke. Finally, the company's culture is toxic - it has a good-ole-boy mentality.

Best thing was I had a large office.
Cons
It was a very hard place to get loans done on time. Their turn times were horrendous, which makes it hard to maintain your relationships with Realtors. Management wasn't the most helpful either. They weren't what could be described as an inclusive work environment.
