The most abusive fintech company in Australia

Pros

I have no good reasons for anyone to work here unless you thrive in a hostile work environment where the CEO of the Company, Jarod Feng is constantly screaming at you.

Cons

Jarod Feng, who owns this company, is fresh off the boat with an extremely Chinese mentality. This includes forcing employees to do unpaid overtime, screaming at employees, calling them dumb and stupid behind their backs to other employees. Jarod Feng will go to great lengths to convince you that other staff members hate you and Jarod will not hesitate to tell you that he will fire you when given the opportunity. He will consistently infringe on your personal space and will call you on weekends and any days off that you take. On two occasions, he has screamed at an employee so violently that they ended up in the hospital. Jarod Feng is unstable and unfit to work in an environment with people. He is a Grade A narcissist who unfortunately lacks the self awareness to realise that he has no people skills.

1. You get to feel what a start-up really feels like 2. Staff don't last very long so if you stay long, you can make a lot of friends 3. There's a snack bar 4. You get gifts 5. Office is in the city. Great for public transport.

Cons

1. Work from home is out of the question. 2. Toxic work environment as employees (mainly the CEO) will gossip about your performance & life to other employees. 3. Lack of acknowledging good/hard work. 4. Management can not communicate what they want 5. Lack of proper training for financial advice and other aspects. 6. Lack of boundaries in terms of talking about employees choices and their private lives. 7. Lack of an HR department to complain when management has crossed a boundary 8. Extremely high expectations 9. High attrition rate (constantly having employees leave) 10. Being compared to other employees. 11. There were multiple instances of micro-aggressions in terms of hiring and general speaking.
