      great support from managment and the coprorate office

      Cons

      It's expected in this role, but you are really alone on your own little island in many ways. Jumping through the hoops to get vendors verified to workand employees started has proved to be challenging.

      If you get a good board and good building, life is good. You can make good money and not a lot of stress.

      Cons

      Not all portfolio managers are created equal. Some create more problems than others. Corporate is very disconnected from on site staff.
