      easy platform for self processing

      Cons

      **BEWARE** Do not leave the company until all your loans are funded. They have this internal company rule that if you leave the company while your loans are in Loan approval status they will no longer have any communication with you on the file, they will allow processing to stop working on your files & let the lock expire. They dont care about the borrowers or agents relationship. Also they are trying to rapidly grow the company but don't have the staff to maintain it, so often they miss paying you out on your loans so you have to wait until the next pay period.

      This is a great place to grow yourself as a loan originator and we offer an unmatched commission package for our industry with over 100 investors to choose from. We provide the opportunity to create a lucrative future within the 40-hour work week.

      Cons

      The job is not for everyone, it requires hard work and the ability to adapt in order to service your clients with multiple investors.

      Great rates are the only positive

      Cons

      Processors were useless. Every commission check was short. They gave me a check that was revoked by the bank, literally gave another employee my pay in a separate incident and the company has no education system. What a waste of time.
