Horrible company - Loan Officer Barrett Financial Group Employee Review

**BEWARE** Do not leave the company until all your loans are funded. They have this internal company rule that if you leave the company while your loans are in Loan approval status they will no longer have any communication with you on the file, they will allow processing to stop working on your files & let the lock expire. They dont care about the borrowers or agents relationship. Also they are trying to rapidly grow the company but don't have the staff to maintain it, so often they miss paying you out on your loans so you have to wait until the next pay period.
