A noticeable lack of leadership. Many company issues are pushed under the rug. Lack of attention to employee satisfaction. No career growth, and very low pay. It has also come to attention that many foreigners are taken advantage with the low pay/compensating a visa for job security.
From a collaboration perspective, it is very challenging for the work to run effectively across teams. Each team stays within their own department, and is unwilling to collaborate with others.
From a management perspective: people were promoted into Senior level roles who lacked the qualifications, people management skills and overall ability to effectively do their job.
