Cons
There are very few (if any) cons to working at Basis. In the past, work-life balance was an obstacle, but this has significantly improved over the past few years. The company has introduced more flexibility, including perks like Summer Fridays, which have made a positive impact. However, continued efforts to enhance work-life balance and flexibility would be beneficial in maintaining a healthy and productive work environment.
