Disorganized and very high turnover

Pros

Schedule flexibility. Not much else.

Cons

If you read all the positive reviews you will notice that many were written the same day. This is because newly hired Jr Resource Managers were instructed to write reviews of the company on Glassdoor after only working for the company for two days. The other most recent positive review was written by an insider to cover up the negative review written a day before, since Glassdoor requires you to sign up for an account to see all other prior reviews. There is very high turnover and there is less than 24 full time employees making the Glassdoor company information false. A majority of people quit after a few months. Very few have been at the company for more than 5 years that are not upper management. Outings are not monthly, so the person in the last positive review is embelishing by alot. When there is, it always revolves around alcohol which may be a positive to some, but gets really tiring after awhile. Don't believe what they tell you in regards to your opportunities. They have lied to countless employees regarding working remote and growth opportunities. Their tactics are down right cruel. They are very behind in the technology that is used by many companies to run their business. There are many cons to this company. Best advice is to find a more organized company to work for.

Pros

Most of the people I worked with were friendly. The company tried very hard to maintain a positive culture and have fun events for the employees.

Cons

First, there was the bait-and-switch. A friend of mine had recommended me for a position, and we were going to work alongside each other. However, before the end of my first week, they changed my position and put me directly under this friend. Under-handed would be an understatement. It felt like a cast system, and if you weren't a salesperson or recruiter, there was no hope of bettering your lot. My position came down to working very hard for OTHER PEOPLE'S commissions (sourcing for them, editing resumes that they would later submit, and posting open positions) while barely making a living myself. During this time, I had to sell possessions (including family heirlooms) and work 2 jobs to keep afloat. It was a relief when it was over.
