Pros

The curriculum was well-structured and covered everything from Java Full stack developer, with a strong emphasis on hands-on practice. The instructors were not only knowledgeable, but also glad to help us understand the technics— always open to questions, and super supportive throughout. Also, built real projects and in depth debugged are also included, and got a feel for what actual development work looks like. What surprised me most was how fast and organized the job placement process was after training. Compared to what I’ve seen with other consulting companies, this marketing/recruiting team moved quickly and communicated clearly, which made a big difference in terms of confidence. If you're a recent grad or just trying to pivot into software development without a lot of prior experience, I’d say this program is definitely worth checking out. It gave me a solid technical foundation and real-world exposure.

Cons

Highly intense training experience and highly tight timeline for training and marketing

Pros

Easy interview. Offer well structured 10-week on boarding courses which cover every aspect of the technical interview. You can quit after 2 weeks trial (which I did).

Cons

Until you pass one of their clients interview, you will not have any income. Need to fake your resume and private your linkedin profile during marketing phase.
