Pros

Nice colleagues in engineering team. Very multicultural. Free snacks in office pantry area. Try out new scooter models every now and then, which is fun!

Cons

The leadership team fired many people inspite of raising a huge series A round. It was all very abrupt. We didnt get a chance to wish good bye to our friends. Very cruel to do so especially when you raise so much money, and job market is so bad. The tech team is good, but the CTO is spineless. He gets tossed around by the leadership team and cannot defend himself. The priorities keep on changing and its really not clear to anyone where we are headed towards. The company is run by young and inexperienced leaders- you feel that everytime you talk to them. User safety, employee welfare, business ethics (yes I mean it, many cases where the company crossed the lines) generally takes a back seat here. Frankly, its not a good place to join at the moment. Not stable. You should do thorough research on the founders, this should give you enough cues.

Pros

Junior colleagues are really nice and friendly to work with.

Cons

Incompetent leadership. It was surprising to see how many inexperienced folks get recruited at senior position. Leadership lacks quality. The founder have taken a few surprisingly illicit decisions making me really wonder how poorly the investors do their due diligence. The company is surviving at the mercy of external low quality scooter hardware makers, which is very risky. The good reviews are those asked by HR to fill in just few weeks after you join the company, hence not an accurate representation.

Pros

Free food in office, apart from that, cant think of anything good at the moment.

Cons

Low pay. Tiring job. No work life balance. Inexperienced leadership team. Use to be good, but now everyone is on pay cut and company is going down. Colleagues are not trustworthy. Worst culture I have seen.
