      Office location, nice happy hours, generous cibus

      Cons

      Management changes constantly. Layoffs without notice. Seems like there is no direction in the company, and that people don't actually want to be working there. The employee turnover is crazy, if you survive the year, you deserve a medal.

      Pros

      The company fosters a high-trust environment where your ideas are actually heard. As a Team Lead, I felt supported by upper management and had access to the resources needed to help my team succeed. The professional development opportunities are excellent.

      Rapid growth can sometimes lead to shifting priorities, which requires a lot of flexibility.

      Nice location, comfortable offices, and the fridge is always well stocked with good food and snacks.

      Cons

      This company has no clear direction and no real understanding of where it is heading. Management decisions change constantly, communication is poor, and the work environment feels chaotic and stressful. Do yourself a favor, stay away and look for another company to work for, no matter what.
