      Company is ran by narcissist, good team though

      Pros

      Only good thing about the job was that everyone has trauma bonded and really helps each other.

      Cons

      Manic CEO who fosters a culture of fear and micromanagement, forcing wven spyware which screenshots your screen every X minutes on both work and personal machines

      Pros

      Nice salary is given, and developing MMORPG is exciting.

      Cons

      Closely tracks business hours and require you to fill 8 hours. No company culture. Only business related tasks are talked about. Random method changes for doing things is imposed by manager and can not argue with that. Merge Requests stay unmerged for months. Clever developers but due to bad management INCREDIBLY slow progress.
