The environment is toxic and it just comes from the management, the rest of the team is pretty cool. Don't work there if you cannot handle people that always minimize you and makes you feel that you're stupid. On top of that promises made while on interviews are not fulfilled, and you'll not get what you discussed.

The management team (ceo+ 1 person) are absolutely nuts. They micromanage everything and no one has a voice other than them. The ceo also requires everyone to install a program that takes screenshots of people’s screens and he looks at them to see if you are working. If you go on a conference for work, he makes you take PTO. He also yells at people all the time in meetings. Absolute psychotic behavior. Hr does not exist at this company - he is HR. We work with different companies. The toxic behavior of the ceo also sends reps from our partner companies to take mental stress days. Steer clear!
