The company policies make it very difficult to have a work life/personal life balance. Driving and use of all personal equipment (vehicle, phone, computer, Microsoft Office, office supplies, gas and insurance for vehicle, etc.) is required if you want to be employed here. Mileage is reimbursed (sometimes) but is very confusing and not consistent. All vehicle gas, car repairs, car insurance and upkeep of your vehicle are solely the responsibility of the employee without financial assistance from the employer. If you give a solid notice upon departure, be sure to take all PTO earned before you submit. The company has the right (and WILL) forfeit all PTO hours earned. Pay raises barely met yearly cost of living inflation and reward incentives and bonuses are rare.
