Good people, good customers, solid business, variety in what you do, good salary and policies including fixed per diem (no keeping up with receipts), cell phone/internet reimbursement, good vacation time, etc...
Cons
Nothing specific. There are always times at any job when you could be happier but in general a good company to work for.
