Pros

I was paid on time, benefits were good and most of the staff were friendly.

Cons

Disappointingly unprofessional in approach to staff management and too many roadshows highlighting what they were going to achieve when they did not actually achieve them!

Pros

The people are great and you will feel very welcomed. I loved the people I worked with at Bell.

Cons

While the people will make you feel welcomed, there can be a lack of follow through when you raise concerns. I spoke to my manager several times about staffing and workload but there was no follow-through from what I could see. They make a point to say you are employed by Bell and not the client you're contracted to, so if the contract with the client ends you will be moved to another contract. This is untrue. You will not be assigned to other contracts if your assigned contract gets dissolved, you will be let go. Since you are working for Bell's client, they don't push back enough on unreasonable demands from the client. Management really pushes the idea that they will support you in your career and let you advance, but opportunities for advancement is 100% luck and timing and has nothing to do with your own growth and development. Salaries and pay increases are unequal and unstructured. People doing the same job on the same team have vastly differing salaries. The HR for Bell was woefully understaffed and almost entirely reactive instead of proactive.
