Professional, forward-thinking management brings best in people and motivates for personal growth. There are lots of challenging tasks and learning opportunities within interesting projects. I was promoted twice during the last 2 years with a nice pay raise. People that come to work hard and embrace challenges find the way to realize their potential.

I’ve worked for Bell Integrator for 3,5 years first as a software engineer, than during the last year as a lead software engineer. I was lucky to join a highly professional team where I developed my technical skillset. If you work hard, strive to learn new things and develop professional qualities, Bell Integrator provides opportunities for future growth. So I was able to take the next step in my career.

Cons

There is a lot of work, but if you love what you do and don’t have a family, as in my case, this is not a problem.
