Comically terrible director and board, behaving exactly like who they are -- small-town bullies. Fiscal mismanagement, no oversight, planning abilities, strategic thinking, self-awareness, or willingness to learn, all with a splash of bigotry. No consideration for those who visit and need the library. All that matters is the director's and board members' egos. If you want to learn from the best, try somewhere else -- all you will learn is how not to manage people or run an organization. How such a small library needs 4 directors and 20 staff should tell you all you need to know about their poor leadership and mismanagement.
