      What's really annoying here is that all the people you're directly working with wants to control you. They act like they know how to do your job better or wants to change something with your reports. They're manipulative and can't be trusted.

      It's a workplace where you can need to stick to yourself. Do not form any friendships. Long hours will keep you busy anyway as the management thinks that you are not doing enough if you don't stay in the office after the work hours.
