Pros
Easy going teammate, hardworking and fun people.
Cons
1. Late salary payment, they usually push it just right before the labor law being impose to them. 2. Delaying EPF/KWSP cut and eventually end up not paying the rest of it even after the employee left. Only take action and pay after you made a report. 3. Delusional, Narcissist manager and C lvl. That think they are the best all the time. 4. IT infrastructure are heinous, any sysadmin that inherit it will have a long night firefighting it. 5. No work life balance, they do not respect it.
