Pros

Office is in a good spot Lots of TVs

Cons

Need to slash operating costs post William Hill merger Redundancies already common as projects fail (lotto, nsw clubs, draftstars) All the good people are leaving/left Regulatory change making it difficult for anyone to complete with Sportsbet and TAB New brand looks cheap compared to CrownBet Digital transformation was a failure, tech has been on a treadmill for 2 years

Pros

Challenging industry but one you will develop in. 5 weeks of annual leave. Amazing location. The inner circle looks like it’s a great thing to be a part of.

Cons

Too many self interests. There’s no safe environment to be able to express your opinion because you will be put on the outer. The issue with that is it develops that self interest. Clock in, Clock out culture. It’s led by a P&C team that genuinely don’t care about anyone except themselves. The lack empathy and awareness, the ‘values’ they preach are just words. Just look at the previous reviews when we were called CrownBet, they’re true.

The place just has a certain bad feeling about it

Pros

Great location, Nice building and close to public transport.

Cons

As most people here have written, the place is led by management that seem to have no idea what they're doing - and have no interest in changing their views. There's literally no appetite to try anything new (which needs to happen to succeed in technology), it's all copycat cookie-cutter crap driven by a company that simply thinks 'if someone else has done it, it must be right'. HR is an absolute disaster, simply put - the whole team needs to be fired. Very 'clicky' employees that won't spare time in the day to get to know or make new employees feel welcome.
