- Bad work life balance - Not full filling thier promises - Salary is very very low - Some you have to work whole nights and weekends also - No job security

Ok place for freshers because they play with your mind by telling you to give them 2-3years of time to grow and after that time when you start asking them for money then they force you to leave the company
Cons
Don't stay there for more than 1-2 years else you'll destroy your future life
