There’s nothing more rewarding than being able to support others—whether they’re in a tough spot or simply looking for their next opportunity, just like I was. The biggest highlight is the leadership: they show up for me consistently, and their support for the entire organization is truly unmatched.

Cons

Only challenges are in the job its self as markets can be tough, but I am always put in a position to be successful.
